1. Shipping Destinations & Method

  • We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.

  • All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in China via standard international postal service.

2. Processing & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Order Processing:Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business daysafter payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Transit:Once shipped, please allow an estimated 10 to 15 business daysfor delivery to the United States and Canada.

  • Important Note:The delivery time provided is an estimateand not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays during peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes (DDP)

  • We offer FREE shippingon all orders to the U.S. and Canada.

  • Crucially, all applicable import duties, taxes (such as sales tax), and customs clearance fees for shipments to the U.S. and Canada are PREPAID by us.The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will NOTbe charged any additional fees upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking & Updates

  • The standard shipping method we use for cost-effective delivery does not provide real-time package tracking.

  • You will not receive proactive shipping notification emails. To check the status of your order, please log into your account on the CosmicGlyph website.

  • If your order has not arrived within 20 business daysfrom the date of purchase, please contact us at hst831007@gmail.comwith your order number for assistance.

5. Shipping Risk & Lost Packages

  • Risk of Loss:The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier for shipment.

  • Lost in Transit:In the rare event that your package does not arrive, please contact us via email at hst831007@gmail.comafter the 20-business-dayperiod mentioned above. We will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
