1. Our General Policy
At CosmicGlyph, we dedicate ourselves to craftsmanship and quality. Due to the personalized nature of our zodiac energy bracelets, all sales are final for change of mind.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of dislike or if the item simply does not meet your expectations, except for size exchanges as outlined below.
2. Size Exchange for Standard Items
If you have ordered a standard zodiac bracelet(not a customized piece) and need a different size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Condition:The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packagingwith all tags attached.

Process:Contact us at hst831007@gmail.comto obtain a Return Authorization and the U.S.-based return address.

Cost:You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement size to you.

Availability:Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested size. If unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the product price.
3. Damaged Upon Delivery
If your order arrives significantly damaged during shipping(e.g., broken crystals, crushed packaging), you must contact us at hst831007@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of deliverywith photos/videos of the damage and packaging.
If approved, we will provide a U.S. return address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund for the product priceor arrange for a replacement.
4. Quality Assurance (Manufacturing Defects)
If your bracelet arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defectunrelated to shipping, contact us within 30 days of deliverywith evidence. We will evaluate the issue. If approved, we will offer a partial refundor a replacementat our discretion.
5. Important Limitations & Final Sale Items
The following are NOTeligible for return, refund, or exchange (except under clause 2 & 3):

Change of mind or dislike.

Personalized/Custom Orders(any modification beyond standard design).

Natural characteristics of crystals (inclusions, color variation).

Damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.

Items not in original condition.

Products purchased on final sale or with a gift card.
6. Shipping, Duties, & Refunds

Shipping & Import:We offer complimentary shipping with all import duties and taxes PREPAID (DDP). No hidden fees.

Refunds:For any approved refund, only the product price is refunded. Prepaid duties, taxes, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
